It is a full service company dedicated in providing engineering services, project management, procurement services, design services, site services, equipment supply and installation to various industries worldwide, particularly China.

The functions of the companies are mainly divided as followed:

• Papteco Limited located in Hong Kong is responsible for marketing, invoices, payments and banking.
